Finding Community Information and School Reviews

Did you find the perfect home for your family, but it's in a neighborhood that you don’t know much about? You aren't sure about the school district, or the crime rate, or what kind of development is in store for the area.

It can be very difficult to find honest answers to these questions without going door to door, giving your potential neighbors the third degree ... which I don’t recommend, as it can be very awkward!

Your agent can be a wealth of information about a specific area, but I found this great resource that I also strongly recommend to my clients for additional information and an unbiased, factual look at a community -- www.greatschools.org. You can search by school district or by city, and get general facts such as median income, crime rate, population and weather, as well as reviews (by parents) of local public, private and charter schools in the area.

If you have any questions or are ready to start looking at homes, please give me a call. I would love to help find the perfect home for you and your family.

I have always enjoyed riding on the back of a bikes, whether it was a Kawasaki, Harley or BMW. A motorcycle is a motorcycle. So, several years ago, I decided it was time for me to grab on to those handle bars and so I did!
