Restaino in the Community

Spring and summer are busy times in the real estate market. While we love being busy with our buyers and sellers, we are also busy giving back to various causes throughout our community. Being connected to the communities we serve is just as important to us as the homes we sell in them! Read on to learn about some of the causes we’ve been involved with so far this year.

Most recently, some of our agents and staff volunteered their time with Habitat for Humanity of Dane County. They were able to help with landscaping, painting, and even framing a home – and they had so much fun!

In June, we were able to sponsor the 2019 Scleroderma Foundation – Greater Chicago Chapter’s annual walk.

At the end of April, some of our agents and staff had a blast bowling for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County.

We were also able to help match donations to end hunger during the “Canstruction” event, where non-perishable food items are used to build creative displays throughout West Town Mall. At the end of the builds, they are voted on, and after the winners are announced, the “building blocks” are donated to the MOM food pantry to help address food insecurity in our area.

Twice this year, our agents and staff have been able to spend their time volunteering at Second Harvest Food Pantry. From labeling cans to packaging bulk pasta, they had a great time while helping a great cause.

In addition to our volunteer time, we were able to support other causes financially, making donations to the Remember Betty Wisconsin Chapter, and even sponsoring a Live on King Street concert. As you’re out and about in the Madison area, keep an eye out for us – you never know where we’ll pop up! If you are looking to buy or sell a home – we’re easy to find, with several office locations around Madison and Dane County. We hope you’re having a great summer!
